The
facilities fee includes:
• meeting rooms with wireless Internet access,
A/V equipment and power
plugs
• daily
continental breakfast, two coffee breaks
and the Wednesday
evening social
• a dedicated,
staffed registration and
information desk

Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation by March 30: 90% refund
Cancellation after March 30: 70% refund
Hotel Guest Room Cancellation
Refunds will be made only on reservations cancelled more
than seven (7) days prior to arrival. There will be a one
(1) night charge for any reservation cancelled within seven
(7) days of your arrival date.
Currency/Credit Cards
The facilities fee may be pre-paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards, or by company check. Alternatively, you may pay with US dollars or travelers checks on site.
Registration and Information Desk
The registration and hospitality desk hours are:
• Saturday, April 18: 2 – 5 p.m.
• Sunday, April 19: Noon – 5 p.m.
• Monday, April 20 – Friday, April 24:
8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
